Dressing up for Gym

So, before you lace up to kick start your workout, have a look at some of the dressing tips.

1. Top

Do’s: Do consider the fabric of the tank top or t-shirt. The material should be lightweight and airy. Moreover, it should have moisture-wicking property. Cotton tank top or vest is the ideal option. The lightweight and airy fabric is a cool as well as comfortable option. The first instinct is to wear few clothes at the gym. However, wearing a hoodie during workout will help you keep your muscles warm and improves circulation. Extra sweating helps you burn more calories.

Don’ts: Loose fitting clothes feels cozy and provides room for easy movement. However, wearing too much material in gym is a safety hazard. So, do not go for the baggy t-shirts. Make sure that the top is well-tailored.

2. Bottoms

Do’s: When it comes to choosing attire for the gym, functionality should be your priority. Athletic shorts are perfect option. The length of the short should not be longer than few inches below your knees. Do consider the fabric of the shorts. The material should have a pinch of spandex for easy leg movement.

Don’ts: The harem pant, capris and track pants can give you a cool edgy look, but they are not a practical option.

Don’ts: No matter what, do not go commando while working out. It is good to feel sensual and erotic down there, but avoid wearing the skimpy style of men’s g-string and thong underwear. They won’t provide the much needed protection to your manhood.
